Bart Benton

Founding Attorney

Defending Your Rights
and Protecting Your Future

Bart always wanted to one day represent people injured in accidents, so early in his career he decided to work as a defense attorney to learn how insurance companies and corporations defend and evaluate cases. After years of being a defense attorney in personal injury lawsuits, Bart started his own firm. With his inside knowledge, he now knows what insurance companies and corporations fear and what makes them settle cases. He recognizes that every case is unique and takes the time to understand your specific circumstances and develop a tailored legal strategy that aligns with your goals. This is what has helped Bart become known for his aggressive approach in the courtroom, ensuring that those responsible for your injuries or loss are held accountable.

Born and raised in Monroe, Georgia, Bart attended George Walton Academy from K4 through graduation. He then attended The College of Charleston, where he graduated with honors and played for the men’s basketball team under legendary coach Bobby Cremins. After college, Bart went to law school at Georgia State University, where he received the top grade in his Litigation class and was a member of the Student Trial Lawyers Association, where he competed in four national mock trial competitions, including a national runner up finish at the South Texas Mock Trial Challenge.

Bart currently resides in Monroe, Georgia with his wife, Whitney, and their daughter, Amy Rae.

No matter where you are in Georgia, Bart is ready to fight for your rights. From the mountains to the coast, he is committed to providing accessible, effective legal representation to hunting accident victims throughout the state.
